Pumpkin Spice Martini
This cozy, boozy keto martini is perfect for fall holiday parties or cocktail hour at home
Servings 2 cocktails
- 4 ounces Vodka (I used Tito's)
- 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- 3 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Lakanto Keto Pancake Syrup
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 3/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tbsp Swerve Granular Sugar
- Sugar Free Whip Cream
Step 1: Blend swerve sweetener and pumpkin pie spice onto a plate.
Step 2: Line the rim of two martini glasses with the lemon wedge then swirl/roll the rims of the martini glasses into the spice and swerve mixer. Set the glasses aside.
Step 3: In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, vodka, heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, and keto syrup.
Step 4: Shake vigorously until shaker chilled to the touch. Pour into the two martini glasses.
Step 5: Garnish with a dollop of whip cream, the leftover swerve/spice mixer, and a cinnamon stick.
