Keto Pumpkin Spice Martini

This cozy, boozy keto martini is perfect for fall holiday parties or cocktail hour at home!

I have been (impatiently) waiting for September this year in anticipation of all things fall and pumpkin! This morning, I traded my sleeveless shirts and soffe shorts for long sleeved flannel and fall boots for brunch in the 75 degree Houston weather…and it was amazing! I can’t wait for the holidays, fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas this year. I think it’s because it brings back normalcy into all of our lives and makes me feel more safe and cozy. I just can’t wait for sweater weather! Are you excited for fall? What fall recipes are you excited to make in the coming months?

Aaron and I just bought our first home and we’ve been scouting out restaurants to find our new “favorite local spots” since we’re new in town. A few nights ago we went to a local steak restaurant that had a pumpkin pie martini. It was tough to fight the urge to order the sugar laden cocktail, but I resisted and thought “I will make a keto version!” and here we are!

This keto cocktail is very boozy, and has a great pumpkin spice flavor that will surely put you in the fall spirit. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Step 1: Blend swerve sweetener and pumpkin pie spice onto a plate.

Step 2:  Line the rim of two martini glasses with the lemon wedge then swirl/roll the rims of the martini glasses into the spice and swerve mixer. Set the glasses aside.

Step 3: In a cocktail shaker, combine the ice, vodka, heavy whipping cream, pumpkin puree, and keto syrup.

Step 4: Shake vigorously until shaker chilled to the touch. Pour into the two martini glasses.

Step 5: Garnish with a dollop of whip cream, the leftover swerve/spice mixer, and a cinnamon stick.

Enjoy this super easy and delicious keto pumpkin spice martini!
